We do not spam. Our only e-mail coorespondance is either in response to a user inquery or if the customer has opted in to receive our monthly online newsletter (see subscriptions below). We will never sell or trade your information with ad-related companies or individuals.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.

4. Financial Information

Our credit card merchant processor may retain some or all purchase information on their own secure servers, which is occassionally provided to us for support purposes. We do not store full credit card numbers anywhere on our servers.

5. Ad Servers

With respect to Ad Servers: We occasionally may use an ad company to promote our own products, however, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies where we would provide any of your information.

6. Information Access

Upon request and with proper identification, we provide site visitors with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about them, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them . Consumers can access this information by signing in to their Aevi Online account using their user name and password.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in their online account profile. The user must verify their identity to us prior to any change.

7. Security

With respect to security: When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial or personal information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

8. Policy Updates

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
