Our Development Cycle

1. Plan

   Before any project is started, we work with you to get a firm understanding of the requirements, expectations, and needs of your users. By preparing and laying the blueprint before development begins, changes and unexpected results can be reduced considerably. For each large project item we provide you with a detailed document describing look and feel, actions, and resources, so you see how your application functions before development takes place.

2. Develop

   During development our team cycles through internal releases and quality assurance testing in order to meet the next project milestone. We provide you with a comprehensive status report weekly and upon request so that you know exactly how development is progressing. If desired, our team can work closely with individuals from your organization to ensure proper implementation.

3. Deliver

   When a project milestone has been reached, we provide you with the complete deployment package, including documentation, development notes, bug tracking databases, setup/installation files, and 100% custom source code (optional). In addition, we offer on-site installation and configuration, as well as hosted introductory meetings for your staff.

4. Improve

   After delivery, even with the best of planning, there are often new features requested by users, or issues that were overlooked, our maintenance plans cover almost any scenario where additional deployments must be done. If your project has multiple milestones, the planning process would be initiated and would include any of the new requests based on feedback from previous deliveries; this provides you with a continuous cycle of product improvement.
